        Role: LTE RF Engineer                                                        Jun '12-PRESENT

·   Preparing the sites for testing which includes GPT audits, CD/DR package, creating polygon, adding/deleting neighbor and preparing WO using WPS .

·   Processing the drive data and analyzing the call set-up failure ,drops ,hand-over failure ,Low throughput , coverage through layer 3 messaging using ACTIX or EDAT .

·   Generating KPI, ANOVA report and spotlight report .Identifying the ways to improve the KPI's and coverage by giving tilt recommendations, making changes to neighbor list WO,  creating cell radius increase WO .

·   Constantly coordinating with market lead, engineer , drive tester to meet deliverables on time .
